My name is Kathryn Lindberg and I've been a practicing massage therapist since 2011. I attended Miller-Motte in Cary for my training and I have only grown more passionate about what I do. When I first graduated and began my career as a massage therapist I put my work emphasis on deep therapeutic massage. However, after 5 years of massage working as a deep tissue enthusiast, I took on the challenge of learning massage modalities that require a light touch. The ability to work as a deep tissue specialist and relaxation specialist offers me a better opportunity through versatility for longevity in the career I am passionate for.
Massage

A light massage used to promote healthy flow of lymph. The lymphatic system is responsible for the health of our immune system; lymph is a clear fluid that flows through out our bodies, collecting toxins. This type of massage helps locate any imbalance/blockage in the system and reestablishes a healthy flow, helping move toxins out of the body. * Not appropriate for people with active infections.
