Erin graduated from Okanagan Valley College of Massage Therapy in 2021, where she developed a deep and integrated understanding of the human body that continues to shape her approach to care. She uses assessment to guide individualized treatment plans, incorporating a range of massage therapy techniques including myofascial techniques, muscle energy techniques and joint mobilizations. Her approach gives particular consideration to the nervous system and how different body systems work together to influence movement and function. Erin values patient education and believes understanding can reduce fear, encourage engagement and help patients become active participants in their care. Outside the clinic, Erin is a mom of three, plus Odin, her furry fourth. She loves being outdoors with her family and learning, especially about the human body.
