I have been a Massage Therapist for the last 19 years and a Cosmetologist for the last 10 years. I did my massage schooling at Arizonia School of Massage Therapy and did my Cosmetology apprenticeship in Wisconsin. I have been here in Maricopa for just over 3 years now, and look forward to building a great clientele and help my clients achieve their goals.
Massage
Smooth stones are heated and then lubricated with oil or essential oils, the therapeutic effects of heat are used to relax muscles more deeply. Used as an extension of the therapist’s hands, the use of massage stones induces deep relaxation and provides a unique experience many find to be tremendously calming and centering.
Reflexology
With Reflexology every single body function corresponds to areas on your feet! The treatment starts with a gentle foot and lower leg exfoliation, followed by some general relaxation techniques, and pressure points applied to every reflex area on the top and bottom of the foot. This treatment helps alleviate stress and helps relax the entire body.
