Hi, I am Catherine, a Registered Massage Therapist with a passion for helping people move and feel better. Since graduating from East West College in 2022. I have completed 2200 hours and 360 hours practicum. I have focused on blending relaxation with clinical techniques. I specialize in Deep tissue, Swedish massage, Myofascial Release, Trigger Point, Joint Mobilization, Relaxation Massage, Pre and Post Natal Massage and Therapeutic Massage. I also have certification for Rapid Neuro Fascial Reset Upper Body and Rapid Neuro Fascial Reset Lower Body and I also certified with cupping and fire cupping. Customizing every session to fit your body's unique needs. My goal is to create a safe, calm space where you can release tension and restore balance.
