303-570 Raymer AVE, Kelowna, BC, V1Y4Z5
Raised in southern Ontario, John moved to the beautiful Okanagan Valley in 2016. His love of problem solving and curiosity about the way things work naturally led to an interest in health and the human body. Deciding to turn this passion into a career, he attended and graduated from the 3000-hour program at the Okanagan Valley College of Massage Therapy. John considers it a privilege to be a part of his clients’ journey toward wellness. He takes a holistic approach, understanding that all systems play a role in both the experience of pain and dysfunction, and in the process of healing. He believes in the innate healing ability of every body, and he tailors his treatments to the needs and goals of his clients with the intention of facilitating this healing state. John uses a variety of massage modalities, preferring to use gentler techniques that promote relaxation and tension release in joints and tissues while encouraging movement and a deepened body awareness. Outside the clinic, John can usually be found enjoying the outdoors or practicing one of his many musical instruments.
