Originally from Hamilton, Ontario, Dr. Grayden earned his B.Sc in Kinesiology and Exercise Science from the University of Western Ontario before moving to San Jose, California. There he attended Palmer College of Chiropractic – West Campus, graduating Magna Cum Laude. Dr. Grayden applies an evidence-informed approach to care, tailoring each treatment plan to the unique needs and goals of his patients. He is inspired by getting to know each individual, understanding their story, and helping them work toward the activities and lifestyle that matter most to them. His clinical experience includes working with patients across all activity levels from competitive athletes striving for peak performance to individuals managing everyday aches and pains. With a passion for treating low back pain, sports injuries, and working with volleyball and running athletes, Dr. Grayden focuses on restoring movement, reducing pain and optimizing performance. His treatments often combine chiropractic adjustments, soft tissue therapy, exercise rehabilitation, and lifestyle strategies, with a strong interest in sports performance and fitness-based care. Outside of the clinic, Dr. Grayden stays active through volleyball, running, and strength training. New to the Vancouver area, he is excited to explore local coffee shops, travel, and connect with the city’s fitness and wellness community. Staying active allows him to closely relate to the athletes and active individuals he treats, helping them return to and excel in the activities they love.
