I was first introduced to massage therapy as a client suffering from severe migraines and chronic pain that hindered my active lifestyle. Discovering that massage enabled me to resume my passions inspired me to pursue a career in the field. I obtained my license in 2021 from the American Institute of Clinical Massage in Post Falls, Idaho, and have remained passionate ever since. I specialize in helping clients address the root causes of their pain through a blend of therapies, customizing each session to individual needs. I am committed to continuous professional development via educational courses and staying current on the newest research. Outside of work, I enjoy outdoor activities such as horseback riding, hiking, skiing, swimming, and spending time with my Corgis. My services include Swedish massage, deep tissue, migraine relief and nervous system work for individuals with PTSD and anxiety.
