Kristin is a Registered Physiotherapist with the College of Physiotherapists of Ontario. She holds a Bachelor of Physiotherapy (Honours) from the University of Queensland (Australia) and a Bachelor of Applied Science (Kinesiology) from the University of Guelph-Humber. After completing her physiotherapy training, Kristin spent over a decade living and working in Australia before returning to Canada. Kristin has experience treating a wide range of musculoskeletal, neurological, and balance conditions, and is passionate about helping people return to the activities that are important to them through education, exercise, and individualized treatment plans. She has a special interest in pelvic health physiotherapy and enjoys working with individuals of all genders across different stages of life to support their health, function, and overall wellbeing. Kristin strives to create a welcoming, supportive, and inclusive environment where clients feel comfortable and confident throughout their rehabilitation journey. Kristin has additional training in exercise prescription, dry needling, Pilates-based rehabilitation, hydrotherapy, and pelvic health physiotherapy. She believes in a holistic and evidence-based approach to treatment, combining hands-on therapy, education, and targeted exercise programs to help clients achieve their goals. Outside of the clinic, Kristin enjoys hiking, camping, travelling, and spending time with her husband and their dog, Moose.
