My style includes techniques heavily influenced by manual therapy, as well as sports, rehabilitative, deep tissue, joint movement, pre and post surgery, and swedish massage skills. I use my personal training and nutrition background to create wellness plans that give clients the skills and knowledge to be active partners in their health and wellness. My practice focuses on those with chronic pain and illness including those with autoimmune diseases, difficult jobs, and old injuries. When I am not giving massages I can be found raising my four kids, chickens and cats, all while I successfully kill the plants in my garden. I have a very old hobby in playing cello, and newer ones in trail running and cross country skiing.
This is for clients with multiple problem spots or back issues. It allows for time for massage as well as stretching or strengthening to help the results last even longer! This is the length of massage I recommend for anyone new who is not sure which option to pick.
