Nick is a physiotherapist with more than a decade of clinical experience and a clear focus on helping runners move and train more efficiently. As a co-founder of RunReady, he has played a central role in shaping how we assess runners and build plans that improve performance and reduce injury risk. During a RunReady Assessment, Nick looks for the root of what is making things feel off. He studies how your body moves, where efficiency is being lost, and what is worth changing to reduce injury risk and improve performance. You leave each session knowing what matters, what to work on, and how it connects to your goals. If you want a precise assessment and practical direction, Nick is someone who keeps the focus on what will make the biggest difference. Outside the clinic, you’ll find him out on his early morning run, building what’s next for RunReady, or chasing after his two kids.
