Jonathan is a certified Registered Massage Therapist with the College of Massage Therapist of Ontario (CMTO). Using a variety of massage modalities such as clothed massage, fascia stretching, deep tissue and Swedish massage, Jonathan is focused on helping clients restore their movement, feel relaxed and reduce chances of future injuries. In his spare time Jonathan is physically active lifting weights, running and cycling. He uses what he has learned from these exercises to help inform his massage practice.
