Relax deeply. Reconnect with your matrix. Most clients choose 90 min for a full-body reset with extra time where you hold tension. Choose 60 min for relaxation or one focus area. Prefer firm pressure? Book Deep Tissue. Includes hot towels for feet, relaxing magnesium spray for feet, optional aromatherapy, and hydrogen water.
Lymphatic Drainage
Most clients choose 90 min for a full-body, gentle session intended to support lymph flow and reduce the feeling of puffiness. Choose 60 min for a focused area. Pressure is light and relaxing. Includes hot towels for feet, optional aromatherapy, optional cold roller for face, and hydrogen water.
