Dr. I. Jo Kaleta, DC, CCSP, brings more than 20 years of clinical experience to a gentle, trauma-informed approach to chiropractic care. A graduate of Palmer College of Chiropractic, Dr. Jo combines her background in family and sports chiropractic with training in somatic therapy, EMDR, polyvagal-informed care, yoga, meditation, nutrition, and nervous-system regulation. She is especially passionate about supporting women navigating perimenopause, menopause, hypermobility/EDS, POTS, MCAS, chronic stress, and complex symptoms. Dr. Jo is also the founder of Chiro Boards & Beyond. After more than two decades teaching national board review and educating over 20,000 chiropractic students, she now provides comprehensive NBCE and specialty-examination preparation for chiropractic students and practicing doctors. Whether she is caring for a patient or teaching a future chiropractor, Dr. Jo’s goal is the same: to help people feel informed, respected, capable, and more confident in themselves.
