Qualifications Registered Massage Therapist Services Offered Fascial Release Lymphatic Drainage Trigger Point Release Jennifer graduated with honours from the Massage Therapy program at ICT Kikkawa College. She is a member of the Ontario Massage Therapy Association and is a Registered Massage Therapist with the College of Massage Therapists of Ontario since 2009. She is an avid runner, participating in races from 5km up to 1/2 marathons. She has coached 5k running clinics with the Running Room, helping others realize their running goals. Her massage therapy approach is to treat the body as a whole using myofascial and trigger point release techniques.

Lymphatic drainage massage is a form of gentle massage that encourages the drainage of lymph nodes and the movement of lymph fluids around the body. It can help relieve symptoms of lymphedema. Lymphatic drainage massages may benefit people with lymphedema, fibromyalgia, or other conditions such as: Genetic disorders, Injury, Infection, Cancer treatment, Surgery.
