Justin graduated from the University of Fraser Valley in 2021 with a bachelor’s degree in kinesiology with an extended minor in psychology. After a year as a kinesiologist, he wanted to pursue a more hands-on approach to helping patients reach their health & wellness goals. He graduated from West Coast College of Massage Therapy in December of 2023, where he gained extensive experience with various physiological conditions and sports injuries among a vast group of patients. Justin’s areas of expertise are trigger point release, joint mobilization, myofascial release, active neuromuscular facilitation, deep tissue massage, swedish massage, and petrissage massage. This allows him to address a wide range of conditions, restoring strength and mobility, while reducing muscle tension to promote overall wellbeing. In his downtime, he is working on his farm, weightlifting, going for walks, trying new restaurants, and has a recent new found passion for golf. Justin is committed to helping enrich the lives of his patients through massage therapy by creating tailored individual treatment plans.
