I am Arneet Kaur, a Resident Physiotherapist with over six years of clinical experience across hospital, private practice, inpatient, and outpatient settings. I completed my Bachelor of Physiotherapy in India in 2018 and moved to Canada in 2023, where I successfully completed the Physiotherapy Competency Exam in 2024. My clinical experience includes orthopaedic and musculoskeletal rehabilitation, motor vehicle accident recovery, work related injuries, and neurological rehabilitation, including stroke care. I am passionate about providing evidence-informed, patient-centered care by creating individualized treatment plans that help my patients regain function, achieve their goals, and return to the activities they value. Outside of the clinic, I enjoy exploring new places, watching movies, building meaningful connections, and spending quality time with family and friends
An Initial Assessment is for new patients, returning patients with new injuries, or patients returning after longer than 3 months. The Assessment includes a detailed history of the condition or pain followed by the objective physical examination by your physiotherapist. The physiotherapist will develop a treatment plan for you after the evaluation. Your initial visit includes the Assessment as well as your first Treatment.
