Hi! My name is Sam, and I’ve been a practicing RMT since 2020. Just like most MT’s I have a fascination with the human body and all of its intricacies, as well as the desire to want to help others understand how to take care of their bodies better so we can all live long, strong, stretchy and zen. My approach to massage therapy utilizes breath work, aromatherapy, relaxation techniques, deep tissue, stretching and myofascial release to ease guests back into a balanced state. Mental relaxation to achieve physical relaxation is a big motto of mine, so I love to combine various techniques I’ve learnt over the years to soften and open the mind and body in order to release deep rooted stress and tension, physical and emotional. Education and home care is also very important to me, so all my guests will leave with a sense of relief as well as tools they can use at home to continue that feeling in the long run. If I’m not in the treatment room I like to spend my time reading/listening to audiobooks or podcasts, collecting rocks and travelling when I can! Can’t wait to meet you and help you with your healing journey! Cheers, Sam
