In her role as an RMT, Krissie treats Gold Members exclusively. Krissie’s clients receive the extra special care and attention they have come to know and love. Krissie treats all her clients with a highly personalized approach, and always goes the extra mile to add that luxurious spa touch she has built her reputation on. Krissie has been working in the community since 2006. Starting off as a massage therapist and shortly after moving into yoga instruction, and prenatal care through both modalities. She opened the first Yoga studio in the Yarmouth area! And finally settling into a role of a DONA Certified birth doula. Her passion is prenatal work along with Partnering with Meaghan in the founding of Jade Therapies. She always accepts expectant mother’s as clients for massage throughout their pregnancy and occasionally hosts prenatal education classes. Her Yoga Boot Camp is a fun and creative way to practice yoga but keep those A type personalities focused and coming back for more.
Enjoy a relaxation massage side by side. A deeply bonding experience for couples or friends. Makes a great gift for weddings or anniversaries. This massage uses Swedish techniques, incorporating long strokes and rhythmic kneading. It can be deep tissue or light pressure. We will require a therapeutic intake form to be completed but this is just to screen you for any contraindications that may require us to modify your treatment to keep you safe. This massage is a general full body relaxation massage. General Relaxation massage is not considered therapeutic and therefore is not covered under health insurance.
