A heart grounding tea and decadent chocolates may be enjoyed prior to the session. Opening/Closing of the massage, calming essential oils will be paired with a guided meditation to bring mindfulness and serenity. A peppermint foot rub to ease tension and reduce inflammation, followed by a warm towel wrap. A lavender infused massage oil to elevate and encourage a deeper sense of tranquility.*My prices are all inclusive. There is no need for gratuity; your comfort and relaxation are my top priority.
