Sahra Featherstone is a passionate and approachable holistic health practitioner who has always been curious about how the body moves, heals, and performs. That curiosity grew into a hands-on, integrative career centered on helping people feel and function at their best. She works across the disciplines of massage therapy, acupuncture and osteopathy, blending clinical skill with genuine care. Sahra is known not just for her technical expertise, but for the way she makes clients feel comfortable, heard, and supported. As an experienced massage therapist, she provides thoughtful, personalized treatments aimed at reducing pain, improving mobility, and supporting long-term well-being. Her modalities include soft tissue and myofascial release, contemporary medical acupuncture, cupping therapy, and craniosacral therapy—allowing her to treat both acute injuries and ongoing concerns with precision and attention. Now in her final year of school for manual osteopathy, Sahra continues to expand her knowledge so she can offer even more comprehensive, whole-body care. Outside the clinic, she’s an avid rock climber and cyclist and a certified yoga instructor, with experience in running and strength-training. As a former professional multi-instrumentalist, she also understands the physical demands of performers. Above all, Sahra is committed to creating a safe, welcoming space where clients can feel confident in their healing journey — helping them move better, feel stronger, and live more comfortably in their bodies.
