I have been a massage therapist for 25 years and during this time I have seen the difference that massage makes in ones life. I am still so happy after a session when I see that my work has made a real difference in the way my client feels and moves. I work with both my hands and my heart to provide you with a caring, nourishing and therapeutic experience of massage. This is one of the joys of my life. I invite you to experience this for yourself. I am also a Reiki master and would love for you to experience the power and flow of this amazing energy modality. Reiki reduces stress, helps relieve anxiety and fills one with a feeling of peace. It can also help relieve chronic pain. I have experienced these things for myself and I love to share this with others.
We begin this session with a full body Reiki scan to locate places where energy needs to be moved and problem areas. The integrated massage combines different massage styles, reiki during massage, and hot stones used in one area. We will end this session with an energy clearing. This can help release tension and strep, reduce pain, and bring a sense of relaxation and well-being.
