Mend Therapeutic Massage

I offer a relaxing, rhythmic Swedish massage with the intention of facilitating nervous system rebalancing. Where needed, I mix in deep trigger point therapy and targeted neuromuscular work, along with lots of pinning and stretching to release the fascia. I incorporate Craniosacral Therapy into almost all of my sessions to varying degrees as clients (and their bodies) are open to it. Sometimes that shows up as gently holding your head at the end of a massage, tuning in to the bodys rhythms, and sometimes that shows up as deeper listening and fascial work in a trouble spot, as things release and unwind themselves. And if you are interested, we can dedicate more time to tuning in on that level, exploring where your body wants us to go and listening to what it needs. I believe massage has the power to help reprogram our bodies back into harmony, remembering they can feel good again - calm, easeful, light, connected!
