Nicholas is a Registered Physiotherapist with a Master of Physiotherapy from Flinders University and a Bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology and Health Science from York University. Drawing on his background as a personal trainer and competitive soccer coach, Nicholas brings a well-rounded perspective to physiotherapy, blending his passion for movement and performance with evidence-based rehabilitation. He takes an individualized approach to care, working closely with patients to help them take an active role in their recovery. Nicholas focuses on making physical activity both enjoyable and accessible, designing rehab strategies that fit into each patient’s lifestyle and goals. His goal is to ensure long-lasting results by tying rehabilitation to the daily movements and activities that matter most to his clients. Outside the clinic, you can find Nicholas training in mixed martial arts, weightlifting, or spending time outdoors hiking and camping. He loves finding creative ways to make exercise fun and meaningful, a passion that shines through in his treatment plans.
