Isabelle Weyler, R.TCM.P., is a Registered Traditional Chinese Medicine Practitioner currently pursuing her Doctorate in Traditional Chinese Medicine. She completed her foundational training at both the Ontario College of Traditional Chinese Medicine in Toronto and Pacific Rim College in Victoria, British Columbia. Her treatments may include acupuncture, Chinese herbal medicine, cupping, abdominal massage, and other manual therapies, all thoughtfully tailored to address both physical and emotional patterns of imbalance. Isabelle is dedicated to providing precise, attentive care that empowers patients to reconnect with their innate capacity to heal when harmonized. She is also committed to offering gender-affirming care and creating an inclusive, respectful treatment environment. Isabelle’s path into medicine has been shaped by immersive cross-cultural study and hands-on experience in traditional healing systems. After high school, she travelled to the Peruvian Andes, where she lived among Quechuan farming families and witnessed a deeply integrated relationship between land, ceremony, and human health. Years later, her studies brought her to Yunnan, China, where she trained in Shaolin martial arts and experienced Traditional Chinese medical treatment firsthand. With a deep passion for activism and direct influence from many wise masters and matriarchal elders, these formative experiences led her to what she considers the most substantial form of activism: medicine. Her clinical approach is rooted in the classical principles of Traditional Chinese Medicine and informed by Taoist movement practice, structural awareness, and community-based care. Isabelle has a special interest in whole-body fascial work, abdominal massage, supporting each person’s unique structural alignment, investigating the triggers of disease, and harmonizing with medicinals. With a background in dance, yoga, and martial arts, Isabelle brings a refined understanding of the body in motion. She works closely with patients to support their unique lifestyles, physical demands, and long-term vitality. In addition to her clinical training, she has provided palliative and end-of-life care within her community—experiences that inform her practice with steadiness, compassion, and a deep respect for the pulse of life itself.
