Linoy completed her Masters of Physical Therapy degree from the University of Western Ontario. Prior to completing this degree, Linoy obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Kinesiology at York University. With a strong passion for pelvic health, Linoy brings a wealth of experience and expertise to our clinic. Linoy specializes in helping individuals overcome a wide range of pelvic health issues, providing compassionate care for conditions such as pelvic pain, incontinence, pelvic floor dysfunction, and prenatal and postpartum musculoskeletal concerns. Linoy takes a holistic approach to pelvic health, offering assessment, diagnosis, and personalized treatment plans that address not only the physical aspects but also the emotional and psychological well-being of her patients. With a commitment to evidence-based practices and a dedication to ongoing professional development, Linoy ensures that every patient receives the highest quality care, tailored to their unique needs. She has also taken extensive post-graduate training in pelvic health and is able to provide treatment through dry needling. Additionally, Linoy offers tailored treatment plans for patients with musculoskeletal concerns, sports injuries, and post-operative recovery needs. In her free time, Linoy enjoys reading, running, pilates, strength training, learning new languages, and walking her dog. She also enjoys spending quality time with friends and family.

Choose this initial visit if you have never seen our physiotherapist., you are addressing a musculoskeletal concern and prefer to have an in person visit. at this time. Our physiotherapist will take a thorough orthopedic health history, assess your posture, breathing pattern, range of motion, muscle strength and functional abilities and perform a physical assessment.. Once she has thoroughly assessed you, she will provide you with her findings and make recommendations/provide a treatment to help with your concerns and discuss a treatment plan.
