My mission is simple: to keep you moving well and feeling great because I believe that I can have the biggest impact on your health by helping you stay active. I began my career in 2014 as a Registered Massage Therapist and yoga teacher. By 2017, after seeing the incredible results a few little pins could provide, I returned to school to earn a second degree in Acupuncture and Chinese Medicine. Beyond my degrees I studied advanced techniques in electroacupuncture, dry needling and osteopathic style manual therapies in order to bridge my knowledge and create my unique integrative acupuncture approach. Today, with a decade of experience and a results-driven mindset, I blend traditional and modern styles of acupuncture with manual therapies and movement re-education for pain relief and improved performance in sport and in life. When working with me, expect a dynamic blend of hands-on assessment, targeted treatment, deep rest and mindful movement — helping you feel more capable and at ease in your body.
