This Massage form is more than firm pressure it is more than a sports or clinical massage, simulating an Ashiatsu massage with deep decompressing pressure. It will be easy to transition into a Deeply Relaxing state of serenity as the knots are encouraged to melt away. At least 90 minutes is recommended.
