Liselle Magistrelli Vigna graduated from the Shiatsu and Asian Bodywork Program at the Baltimore School of Massage in 2001. She started her practice in January of 2002. Liselle is a Diplomat in Asian Bodywork Therapy through the National Certification Commission of Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine. She is also a Certified Practitioner of both the American Organization for Bodywork Therapies of Asia (AOBTA) as well as the Associated Bodywork & Massage Professionals (ABMP). Liselle is a Licensed Massage Therapist in the State of Maryland and a Master Level Reiki Instructor.
Your therapist will work with you and your specific needs to get your body feeling it's best. This can include the following modalities: Deep Tissue, Trigger Point, Myofascial Release Technique, Cupping, and Gua Sha. Please keep in mind when scheduling to make sure you hydrate before and after your massage session. Cupping and Gua Sha can leave temporary marks on your skin for up to 9 days, these are not bruises. Deep Tissue and Trigger point can leave you feeling sore for a few days post-massage
