Professional Massage Therapist licensed in Nebraska and Ohio as well as Nationally certified through the NCBTMB. My specialties include medical and sports massage modalities as well as pre-natal, trigger point therapy, shiatsu and cupping. I have ran hospital therapy programs and taught massage therapy in both the classroom and to student interns in clinical settings. I am currently a continuing education provider serving LMT's in the State of Nebraska and those nationally certified by the NCBTMB. I am also an avid health enthusiast and a National Academy of Sports Medicine Certified Personal Trainer (NASM) and Weight Loss Specialist. I have developed a number of group fitness classes including a fitness bootcamps, cardio kickboxing and belly dance fit classes designed to challenge the beginner and the expert alike. I also, hold a 4th Degree Black Belt in TaeKwon-Do and am a United States Kido Federation Certified Instructor.
