I love helping people feel better. I enjoy exploring what defines health and well-being for my patients and how we can work together to experience these in our daily lives. No single healing modality works for everyone, so I have been trained in several; primarily I use Chinese medicine, trigger point therapy, spontaneous muscle release technique, myofascial release techniques, Swedish massage and Thai massage in my daily practice. I have an MS in Oriental Medicine, and Im a licensed Doctor of Oriental Medicine in NM. I have 12 years of experience in Chinese medicine and manual therapy. I adapt all my training to your specific needs so you can optimize your health.
Massage Therapy
This is massage that is about you! Whether you need a relaxing Swedish massage to melt away the cares of the day or a medical massage with focus only on a specific issue or a combination treatment, we can customize a treatment to suit your needs. Time for intake, dressing, scheduling and paying is separate from your massage time. In other words, if you pay for an hour, you get an hour!
Acupuncture
Acupuncture and manual therapy together is such an effective combination for pain relief, and I am one of the only acupuncturists in Albuquerque to offer this service! Combining these modalities into one treatment achieves results for my patients more quickly than either one alone.
