Mansaj is a registered Kinesiologist with the British Columbia Association of Kinesiologists (BCAK) and the Canadian Kinesiology Alliance (CKA). She graduated from the University of the Fraser Valley. Mansaj employs an evidence-based treatment model known as active rehabilitation, which uses progressive therapeutic exercises and range of motion techniques to help patients recover from injuries. She also integrates active and passive approaches by using various Soft Tissue Release (STR) and Instrument-Assisted Soft Tissue Mobilization (IASTM) techniques during her sessions. Active rehabilitation is commonly used for injuries sustained in motor vehicle accidents (MVAs), sports, work, or daily activities. It’s a safe, highly effective treatment model supported by extensive research.

Please note that coverage for osteopathic treatment may vary between insurance providers. Some insurers, such as **Canada Life**, may only recognize claims submitted by practitioners registered under specific associations or regulatory bodies. Patients are therefore **strongly advised to confirm coverage directly with your insurance provider prior to booking**, to ensure that treatments provided by practitioners registered with the **College of Registered Manual Osteopaths (CRMO)** are eligible under your plan.
