My work is rooted in a blend of science, intuition, and deeply intentional care. I graduated from Indiana Wellness College with Academic Honors in Sports and Medical Massage Therapy, but the heart of my practice was shaped through years of studying somatic healing, energy work, and the emotional stories the body holds. I specialize in work that goes beyond routine massage. Each session is paced with presence and crafted around what your body, energy, and nervous system need in the moment. My approach integrates therapeutic techniques, assisted stretching, cupping therapies, Manual Lymphatic Drainage, and intuitive guidance that naturally arises during sessions. As a Reiki Master, I understand the profound connection between the physical and energetic body. Many clients experience not only relief from tension, but emotional clarity, deep release, and a renewed sense of internal alignment. My intention is to create a sanctuary where you can soften, breathe, and reconnect with yourself a space where transformation unfolds gently, and where you are supported in restoring balance, vitality, and self-awareness.
