Whether you’re looking for firm pressure to ease sore muscles, or simply want to relax, I take a therapeutic approach to my treatments. This begins with a thorough assessment to ensure you receive the optimum treatment and are positioned comfortably during your massage. I treat repetitive strain injuries (tendinitis), decreased range of motion from muscle strain, sprains, and fractures, headaches and migraines, post-workout muscle soreness, among many other musculoskeletal issues. I graduated from Medix College in July 2019, and became a Member of the CMTO in October. Many of you will remember me from my work as a Physiotherapy Assistant at CSP while I was attending Massage Therapy at Medix. Working alongside our other healthcare practitioners we make sure you’re getting the most out of your treatments, so that you will return to the activities you love sooner.
