Hello! First and foremost I want to let you know that Im so glad you are here! I was born and raised here in Boise and have always felt the desire to be a part of my community. Becoming a Licensed Massage Therapist has truly provided me with a chance to be involved and offer something to the city and the people that I care about so much! Taking care of ourselves often comes at the end of our long to-do lists, but I truly believe we give our best when we are taken care of. Every body is unique so I use a mix of massage modalities and techniques to curate a massage to work with your body.
A 60-minute massage session allows for a few areas of focus with the integration of various therapeutic techniques, including stretching, deep tissue work, trigger point therapy, scar tissue treatment, and other specialized modalities tailored to your needs. Whether you're seeking relief for specific issues or simply a deeply relaxing experience to unwind after a long day, this session offers the perfect balance of targeted care and full-body relaxation.
