Khizar Hayyat is a registered Physiotherapist with the College of Physiotherapists of Ontario and brings over 15 years of clinical experience in hospital and private practice settings. Since graduating in 2007 and completing postgraduate training in Physiotherapy, he has developed extensive experience in a wide range of rehabilitation areas, including orthopaedic, vestibular, neurological, cardiac, and paediatric physiotherapy. Khizar is committed to providing evidence-based, patient-centred care tailored to each individual’s needs. Using a combination of advanced manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, acupuncture, dry needling, and other physiotherapy techniques, he helps patients recover from injury, manage pain, restore mobility, and improve overall function. He has continued to advance his clinical expertise through ongoing professional education and earned the FCAMPT designation (Fellow of the Canadian Academy of Manipulative Physiotherapy), a respected credential reflecting advanced training in orthopaedic manual therapy. Patients appreciate Khizar’s compassionate approach, strong communication skills, and dedication to helping them achieve meaningful and lasting results. Outside of work, Khizar enjoys travelling, playing cricket, and spending quality time with his family. He is proud to be part of the Waterdown Physiotherapy team.
