Steph has been dedicated to health and wellness since 2017, beginning her career as a Certified Athletic Therapist and Personal Trainer after completing her studies at the University of Lethbridge and Mount Royal University. Driven by a passion for preventative healthcare and a desire to help people achieve lasting well-being, she discovered Osteopathy and its holistic approach to healing. In 2020, Steph was accepted into the Canadian Academy of Osteopathy’s rigorous four-year program, where she earned her Master in the Practice of Osteopathic Manipulative Sciences. Through in-depth training in anatomy, physiology, and biomechanics, she developed a deep understanding of how the body functions as an interconnected system—aligning with her belief that injuries rarely occur in isolation. Steph’s personal experiences mirror those of many of her clients. Despite maintaining an active lifestyle, she faced ongoing challenges such as migraines, digestive issues, and unexplained fatigue—conditions often dismissed by conventional healthcare. Frustrated by limited solutions, she turned to Osteopathy, which not only supported her recovery from acute injuries like ankle sprains and whiplash but also addressed systemic issues that had been overlooked. This journey strengthened her commitment to a whole-body, integrative approach to health. Today, Steph focuses on helping active, health-conscious individuals who feel unheard or stuck with persistent issues like chronic tension, inflammation, or fatigue. She empowers her clients to move with ease, recover fully, and optimize their overall performance and well-being through tailored, holistic care. Outside of her practice, Steph enjoys a blend of athletic and creative pursuits, including obstacle course racing, strength training, trail running, photography, and pottery. She continues to expand her expertise through ongoing education and collaboration with colleagues, ensuring her patients receive the most informed and effective care possible.
