Dr. Sarah is a family-centered chiropractor dedicated to helping individuals and families thrive at every stage of life. She utilizes Diversified, Palmer Gonstead, Webster, and Activator techniques to deliver personalized, results-driven care tailored to each patient’s unique needs. Her approach focuses on identifying and addressing the root cause of health concerns while supporting the body’s natural ability to heal and function at its highest level. With additional training in the Webster Technique through the International Chiropractic Pediatric Association (ICPA), Dr. Sarah has a special interest in caring for prenatal, postpartum, and pediatric patients. She is passionate about supporting healthy pregnancies, optimizing nervous system function, and helping children grow and develop with a strong foundation of health. Dr. Sarah’s background in high-level athletics has strongly influenced her approach to care. She played AAA hockey for the Lloydminster Steelers before continuing her career at Minot State University, where she studied Exercise Science and Rehabilitation. This experience gives her a deep understanding of the physical demands placed on the body, allowing her to support both athletes and active families in performance, recovery, and injury prevention. She earned her Doctorate of Chiropractic from Palmer College of Chiropractic in Davenport, Iowa, where she developed a deep appreciation for a holistic lifestyle and the body’s natural resilience. She is passionate about non-toxic living and is committed to continually expanding her knowledge to better support the health and well-being of her patients. Dr. Sarah now calls Okotoks, Alberta home, where she lives with her fiancé. Outside of the clinic, she enjoys weightlifting, staying active, and spending time with a good book. If you’re looking for personalized, family-focused care that goes beyond symptom relief and helps you feel and function at your best, Dr. Sarah is here to support you.
