She utilizes a diverse array of techniques, such as myofascial release, trigger point therapy, Swedish massage, joint mobilization, and active stretching. Her treatment approach is tailored to meet each patient’s unique needs, a reflection of her pragmatic outlook, clear communication, empathy, and commitment to understanding individual treatment goals. Born and raised in Vancouver, Rebecca enjoys outdoor activities like hiking, kayaking, and stand-up paddleboarding (SUP). A passionate traveller, she has explored over 60 countries, further enriching her perspective on wellness and global health practices.
