I moved to Bend in 2007 and quickly fell in love with the active culture that makes central Oregon thrive. After a knee injury I became intrigued by body mechanics and injury prevention. I have a BA in kinesiology and experience in PT, spa, and personal training settings. This has helped me develop modalities that are specific to my clients needs. I specialize in Sport/Deep Tissue, Trigger Point, Myofascial Release and Swedish massage. I look forward to helping you feel your best.
