Before becoming a Massage Therapist, Olivia graduated from SUNY Cortland in 2016 with a Bachelor's in Kinesiology. She spent some time as a personal trainer before deciding to pursue massage therapy. Olivia graduated from the Onondaga School of Therapeutic Massage in Syracuse, NY in 2018. Her previous education in Kinesiology and experience as a Personal Trainer gives Olivia a more orthopedic/medical approach to her massage techniques. Olivia is proficient in medical cupping, various stretching techniques, deep tissue massage, sports massage, and is level 1 Manual Lymphatic Drainage certified and Level 1 Craniosacral certified. Olivia joined the Hockey Development Staff for the Rochester Americans as team LMT for the 2025-2026 season. It has been a fun and busy season so far!

Lymphatic Drainage
Craniosacral Therapy and Lymphatic drainage are both extremely gentle, noninvasive therapies using light pressure. Craniosacral therapy focuses on the head & sacrum to influence the flow of Cerebrospinal fluid. It is great for mental clarity, calming the nervous system, and general relaxation. Lymphatic Drainage stimulates the lymphatic and parasympathetic systems, giving the body an immune boost and helping reduce inflammation.
