Born and raised in the Ottawa Valley, Dr. Kristin Ling learned the benefits of living healthy through sports and the outdoors. Dr. Ling graduated from Laurentian University with a Bachelor’s of Physical and Health Education with a concentration in Health Promotion. With a lifelong interest in Chiropractics and health care, Dr. Ling earned her Doctorate of Chiropractic at the Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College. At school, she gained additional experience while she provided chiropractic care at the Aptus Children’s Centre for children who have developmental disabilities. Dr. Ling enjoys working with people of all ages and activity levels. She finds working in pediatric, pre and post-natal care especially rewarding. Her patients enjoy a patient-centered, evidence-based approach which includes: * Spinal Manipulative Therapy * Acupuncture * Mobilizations * Soft Tissue Therapy * Rehabilitation Exercises & Education She is also well versed in a number of techniques including Activator, taping and drop piece/toggle board adjusting. Outside of the clinic you can find her hiking with her dog, doing jigsaw puzzles and taking advantage of al that the Valley has to offer! Dr. Ling is a member of the Chiropractic College of Ontario, Ontario Chiropractic Association and the Canadian Chiropractic Association.
