Cindy believes everyone wants to have a pain-free lifestyle, where they are physically capable of doing everything they want to do. Her objective is to keep her patients feeling this way, preserving their mobility and strength as long as possible. She wants to help them age gracefully. Cindy has been practicing chiropractic care for over 30 years. She always knew that she wanted to pursue the health field. When she was an undergrad, taking pre-med in university, she hurt her back and ended up seeing a chiropractor. It turned her life around. It was through this experience she realized chiropractic has the power to improve the quality of people’s lives more than anything else she ever witnessed. And she came to believe her purpose here on Earth is to be a chiropractor. The body has an inborn intelligence; it knows how to heal itself. As chiropractors, they just help this process along. Along with mobility and strength of the body, brain health also plays a huge role in helping us live to our maximum potential. We’re led to understand brain health naturally declines as we age, but it doesn’t have to. Posture and gait (how you walk) are hugely related to brain health; it all ties together. This is why working with concussions and brain injuries has also become a big part of her role as a chiropractor. After seeing Cindy, patients learn they don’t have to deteriorate as they age.
