Jessica graduated from the Vancouver Career College Registered Massage Therapy (RMT) program in 2022. Jessica has always had a passion for helping others - especially when it comes to their health. As a registered massage therapist, Jessica believes in patient-centred care and aims to have each of her clients leave the treatment room pain-free and with a smile on their face. Jessica understands that not everyone presents the same, therefore, treatment is individualized for each patient’s unique needs. It is important for her to work alongside her clients to restore overall function, provide relief, and identify any barriers to recovery. A typical treatment with Jessica could include various modalities such as trigger point therapy, pressure release, deep tissue, Swedish massage, and IASTM (muscle scraping). She also aims to centre each session around bringing awareness to the areas of the body that need it most. Outside of work, Jessica enjoys eating tina cake, sleeping and travelling.
