Hello, I'm Sydney! I've hit the ten year mark in this profession and am honored to continue joining with others in their journeys to fuller health and well-being. I have personal experience with surgical scarring and muscle imbalances, as well as autoimmune disease. My offerings and extensive education reflect the journey I have been on to find answers for my own body and those of my clients. Outside my professional life, I enjoy gardening and am a Master Gardener Intern via the NC Extension. I live with my husband and two high energy dogs and enjoy exploring the outdoors.

Lymphatic Drainage Therapy (LDT) by Dr. Bruno Chikly is a form of Manual Lymphatic Drainage that uses precise, gentle techniques to assess and stimulate lymph flow. LDT targets both superficial and deep lymphatic structures, organs, and fascia. It integrates fluid dynamics, and supports detoxification, immune function, and recovery from pain and inflammation. I am an advanced practitioner with 100 hours of education in this technique.
