Nori is a Registered Kinesiologist and Strength Coach who obtained her Bachelors of Kinesiology from the University of Calgary in 2025. She is a Certified Personal Trainer (CSEP-CPT) and has specialized knowledge of exercise for individual’s with osteoporosis (OC Bonefit L1). After spending 5 years as a physiotherapist aide for clinics in Manitoba and Alberta, Nori decided to expand her knowledge base as a strength coach. While finishing her degree in Calgary, she led youth, sport performance, and adult training which has provided the opportunity to apply evidence-based exercise & create customized programs, tailored to individual needs, personal goals, and level of function. Now being back in Winnipeg, Nori plans to share her personal experience and growing knowledge base with individuals who are looking to improve daily function and pursue personal fitness goals. Nori has many interests and hobbies, including hiking, spending time with friends/family, travel, and trying new recipes in the kitchen. She has pursued athletics in hockey, mixed martial arts, long distance triathlon, and is always excited to try a new sport or activity. As movement is a large part of her life, Nori brings a wide variety of experiences to the Hunter Physiotherapy family and is excited to provide support with your health and fitness journey!
