Your first physiotherapy visit is a detailed discovery process. We begin with a thorough health and injury history, followed by a comprehensive physical assessment of your movement, posture, strength, and any areas of concern. This includes evaluating patterns of dysfunction that may be contributing to pain or limitation. Based on our findings, your physiotherapist will develop a personalized treatment plan that may include manual therapy, IMS (Intramuscular Stimulation), traction, and a tailored exercise program. You’ll leave with a clear understanding of your condition, your recovery roadmap, and the confidence that you’re in skilled hands.
