Vitality Pelvic Physio
784 Richmond Street, London, ON, N6A3H5
My interest in pelvic health stems from both a deep fascination with the pelvis, and a deep love of people: learning their stories, interests, and helping them feel more like themselves. I completed my Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology at the University of Waterloo, followed by my Master of Physical Therapy at Western University. I was immediately drawn to pelvic health physiotherapy, and pursued coursework and mentorship in this complex area of care post-grad. I am a member of both the Canadian Physiotherapy Association and the Ontario Physiotherapy Association. My clinical interests are broad, spanning incontinence, prolapse management, pregnancy and postpartum, and hypermobility. I welcome those of all ages, identities, and stages of life. As a queer-identifying individual, I bring compassion, knowledge, and lived experience to my care with LGBTQ+ individuals and am always excited to serve this community. My approach to care is person-centred at its’ core, and I strive to create a welcoming space where you feel supported and heard. I use personalized exercise plans, education, manual therapy, and lifestyle approaches to help individuals feel empowered with knowledge and tools to improve their pelvic health.
You share your story & goals with us. We'll listen, ask questions, and complete a physical assessment - which may include internal pelvic floor muscle evaluation (with your consent). After the assessment, we'll share our findings, answer questions, and outline a proposed plan of care.
