Due to upcoming Maternity leave, Erin is no longer accepting new patients Hi everyone! You may recognize my face from my early days at the front desk. My adventure with BNHC began in 2010, and it’s been incredibly rewarding to grow within the clinic since. Over the years, I have studied Fitness & Health Promotion (Durham College), Kinesiology (UOIT), and Massage Therapy at Centennial College. While I truly valued my time on the admin team, I always felt a strong drive to do more for the patients and community I’ve come to know so well. That passion led me to pursue a hands-on role as an RMT where I can directly support people in feeling and moving better. My approach to treatment focuses on improving musculoskeletal function through a combination of manual therapy and targeted remedial exercise. I am also able to incorporate specialized techniques such as Cupping Therapy, Indian Head Massage, and Fascial Stretch Therapy to create individualized treatment plans tailored to each patient’s needs and goals. I strive to create a welcoming, supportive environment where you feel heard, cared for, and confident in your care. It’s a privilege to work with this community, and I look forward to continuing to support you and your family on your health journey.
