Reflexology
Raindrop therapy is a structured essential oil layering onto the back and feet. Essential oils have deep healing properties that can bring about change from the surface to intercellular. This is a deeply relaxing session with feathering and draping of fingers along the spine and back as well as the feet using Vitaflex technique to stimulate reflex points.
Lymphatic Drainage
Manual lymphatic drainage (MLD) is a type of gentle massage which is intended to encourage the natural drainage of the lymph, which carries waste products away from the tissues back toward the heart.
