Telisa is a Licensed Massage Therapist with a background in kinesiology, integrative health, and nursing, including experience in Women & Infant Services. She brings a calm, intuitive presence to each session, creating a space where clients can relax, release tension, and feel supported. Her work is centered around personalized massage, blending Swedish techniques, reflexology, and customized therapeutic approaches to meet each client’s unique needs. Telisa especially enjoys helping clients reduce stress, find relief from discomfort, and gently reconnect within their bodies. With a strong passion for women’s health, she is continuing to develop her skills in therapeutic bodywork, Shiatsu, and prenatal massage to better support clients through all stages of life. She believes that holistic wellness allows the body the space to heal itself, and strives to create an environment where that process can unfold naturally.
